What does LinkedIn mean to me as we move toward 2019? Breaking it down very simply, here’s why I think you and I can justify a little time investment in the platform each day:
For anyone in business, there’s a chasm between “I’ve never heard of you in my life” and “I’m not sure why, but your name rings a bell.” Name recognition, personal branding, professional branding…whatever we call it, it’s super-important for anyone who needs to set appointments with new prospects.
You and I need to allocate a small portion of time to LinkedIn each day in 2019. Not to scroll the feed or simply consume content, but to make meaningful connection requests to those whom you’re targeting. Find your target prospects, say something interesting (or flattering, or both) in the connection request, and share interesting content with them.
LinkedIn is the greatest way ever invented to scale your sales activities…use it daily in a meaningful fashion, and watch your business grow.
