The simple way to ensure client loyalty

In this brief video i’ll share with you the best way to ensure that your clients stay loyal to you.

Hey it’s Spencer X Smith coming to you today from the Iowa State Bar in beautiful Des Moines, Iowa.

What’s the best and free way that you can ensure that your clients stay loyal to you? Do exactly what i’m doing right now –

Take out your phone, face a window like I am, get rid of the glare behind you, and ensure that you’re sharing with your clients, at least once a week – in video form so they can actually see you – a client problem that you’ve fixed this week.

Now – of course – protect the confidentiality of that client – so make it anecdotal – but I want you to share something that you’re solving that’s a problem for your existing clients. Now, this is really important for two reasons –

The first is it maintains top of mind awareness for you, so it gives you a reason to keep in touch with somebody. Secondly though it solidifies in your client’s’ mind your position as an expert in your field.

Simply do exactly this – shoot a video, put it out on your website, social media, as well as your email list, and watch as your clients continue to stay loyal to you.
