We as consumers are always being pitched or sold something and can typically smell it a mile away. I think the Internet has helped raise a buffer to the old school of sales thinking and allowed people to enter into buying, or negotiating for goods services, with a much leveled playing field. If you answer your customer’s questions with equal parts expertise and transparency the rest should fall into place.
